It’s Strawberry season so why not turn your berries into healthy ice pops your kids can enjoy! It’s summer and the heat is on. Nothing reminds me more of summer than fresh popsicles and berries. Why not make them healthy and delicious? The good news is that these popsicles are one of the easiest summer treats to make at home. Plus you can make them sugar free, with all natural ingredients. Making them at home is more fun anyway and, it’s a great way to have fun with your kids.

Simple ice pop made with fresh berries.

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups frozen strawberries (ripe)
  2. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  3. 1 ½ cups coconut milk (almond milk, or even chocolate would work)
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a popsicle mold.
  3. Freeze and enjoy!
