Ingredients
  1. 2 bananas
  2. 1 ripe avocado
  3. 3 kale leaves stems removed
  4. 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
  1. Blend well & place in ice pop holders. Freeze for 3 or more hours.Yields 2 ¼ cups made 5 ice pops ice pop holders held 1/3 cup each.
Notes
  1. This is a great way to get your greens in and a healthy source of fat.
