- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 kale leaves stems removed
- 1 cup almond milk
- Blend well & place in ice pop holders. Freeze for 3 or more hours.Yields 2 ¼ cups made 5 ice pops ice pop holders held 1/3 cup each.
- This is a great way to get your greens in and a healthy source of fat.
