Are Probiotics important for your health?

Probiotics are everywhere! We are being flooded with ad’s about probiotic’s. The question is do you need it and if so how do I pick a good one?

I was having a conversation with a waitress at a Diner the other day about probiotics. She asked me my opinion on it because I recommended it to her a few weeks ago.

 

She’s been suffering from continuous sinus and upper resperitory infections in spite of having had an operation to fix it. I had told her several weeks ago to get a good probiotic because the health of our body is in our gut.

The reason why probiotics are everywhere is because research is showing us more and more how important a healthy gut is. Our diets are compromised of so much processed food our guts are suffering because of it. And in return so is our health.

With all of the media advertising probiotics it creates confusion as to what you should buy. I want to explain the following questions to you to help you better understand what you should be looking for.

So as you can see there are so many reasons to start taking a probiotic. The problem is there are so many out there which one do you choose? If your wondering why there are so many the simple answer is, money. When things get popular everyone want’s to make money off of it. As long as you know what to look for you’ll be getting a good probiotic that’s beneficial to you.

Besides taking a supplement there are also good probiotic foods you should be incorporating into your diet.
