Non-dairy sugar free Ice cream

This ice cream is so healthy you could be the coolest Mom on the block and feed it to them for breakfast.

Ingredients
  1. 4 large ripe bananas
  2. ½ cup cocoa powder
  3. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  4. 1 pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut bananas into 1 inch rounds. Place banana in freezer for at least 3 hours.
  2. Mix cocoa powder and coconut milk with whisk. Place frozen bananas and chocolate mix in food processor and blend well stopping to scrape down sides often to get an even consistency. When bananas are smooth add salt. Pulse 8 times. Serve immediately for soft serve or place in freezer for hard serve ice cream. Most of all Enjoy!!

  1. I love this super easy homemade ice cream recipe that's so easy you could serve it for breakfast. Add anything like peanut butter, chocolate chips or frozen or fresh fruit to make a variety of flavors.
