Ingredients
  1. 1 whole cauliflower green stem removed
  2. & diced
  3. Salt & pepper
  4. 3 cups Water
  5. 2-3 tspn Butter
Instructions
  1. Boil water and add cauliflower. Steam cauliflower. Remove and discard water & place in a food processor with salt, pepper & butter and blend well making sure there are no lumps. To kick it up a notch for a dinner party drizzle in some truffle oil in the end.
