4 Simple Summer Salad recipes for your Graduation party

I can’t believe 18 years has gone by and my second son is graduating in a week and a half. I truly feel like I blinked and he was 18. He’ll be graduating from the school I should have graduated from. I had a year to go and I dropped out and got my GED and gave birth to my first born son. I’m happy to say all has worked out and as I watch them do what I never did it gives me great joy.

I’m excited to see him get dressed up, go to Prom & enjoy life as a teenager. These are the happy times you live for. Things are also stressful and hectic during these times because along with Graduation & Prom comes money spent on dresses & tuxedos and parties to celebrate. I like to keep things simple in every aspect of my life including cooking.

I’m not a big fan of being stressed out and over complicating things. I feel like when you throw a party you should enjoy it as much as possible. You don’t have to skimp on good food to do this and you don’t have to break the bank either.

You can easily Wow your guests and make them think you have skills like a Chef!!
